- Hygiene Standards: Items should be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (unless defective)
- Personalized or customized products
- Beauty and grooming products (opened or used)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards and vouchers
